Filings may be accepted in person, via U.S. Mail, e-mail or fax:

*No pleadings over 20 pages in length may be filed via e-mail or fax. No new cases or pleadings that require a filing fee may be filed via e-mail or fax.

Members of the public who are seeking to post bond for a defendant should call the Clerk’s Office before visiting in person for further instruction. Please contact the Clerk of Courts office between 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (Monday–Friday) for assistance.

Sending documents to this email address does not constitute a filing with the Court and will not be accepted.

All filings must be submitted through the approved filing method established by the Court, which include electronic filing through the Clerk’s Electronic Case Filing (ECF) system, in-person filing, or other authorized methods.

Parties are responsible for ensuring that all documents are properly filed and received by the Clerk of Courts within the time required by law.
