Office Locations & Hours
Three public offices and two title offices serve Fairfield County. Legal division hours are 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (Monday–Friday); title offices are open later and on Saturday mornings.
Title Office & Passport Hours
Title Offices: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Mon–Fri) · Saturday 8:00 AM–12:00 Noon. Closed on official holidays and the Saturday before a holiday. Holiday / Closure Schedule.
Passports: Processed at the title offices by appointment only. Passports are not processed on Saturdays.
