On the next page, you will be able to select from two options: Paying court costs or paying probation fees.  If you are paying court costs or probation fees, you will be asked to enter your case number.  Case numbers should be entered in the following format: example 2014 DR 01234, 2013 CV 01234, 2012 CR 01234.

Traffic Fines: If you want to pay traffic fines, please contact the Fairfield County Municipal Court at 740-687-6621, extension 5.

Judgments/Tax Liens: State of Ohio tax liens must be paid in full through the State of Ohio before they can be released.  State toll free number is 888-301-8885.  After the lien has been paid in full it must be released with the Fairfield County Clerk of Courts.  The cost to release a lien is $40.00 per lien.  If you have any questions, please call 740-652-7360 we will be glad to assist you.  Once the lien has been paid in full we can accept credit card payment and release the lien over the phone.

Collections: If your case has already been forwarded for collections, we are no longer able to accept payment and you must contact the Ohio Attorney General’s office at 888-871-8838 or pay online at www.OhioAttorneyGeneral.gov/business/pay.
